Notice of Complaint (Appeal) Form to the 2026 Property Assessment Review Panel


This form applies only to your 2026 Assessment, and for 2025 Supplementary Assessments.


The deadline for submitting this form is 11:59 p.m. PST on February 2, 2026.

Note: Once this form is submitted you will receive a confirmation of your submission by email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folders or call your local Assessment Office to confirm it was received. Any supporting documentation (photos, etc.) for your appeal can be submitted by uploading to the PARP Online Evidence Submission System.

If you plan to use comparable sales and/or photographic evidence to support your appeal before the Property Assessment Review Panel, please upload your evidence to the PARP Online Evidence Submission System (POESS) - a link to which will be included in your email confirmation. If you require assistance, please contact BC Assessment, or refer to the User Guide available on the POESS website.

Once this form is submitted, you will be sent a confirmation by email. If you do not receive a confirmation or are having trouble completing this form, please submit an online inquiry or call BC Assessment at 1-866-825-8322. If you want to withdraw your appeal at a later date, use the Online Withdrawal Form. Your email confirmation also includes the steps required to withdraw your appeal.
